Dover City Hall

Our Internal Finance Resource

Once the application, analysis and due diligence phases are complete, we can move to approval and closing quickly. Available balances vary with time and activity.

We operate a Rural Business Revolving Loan Fund for smaller loans, up to $50,000, through most of our territory.

Our primary resource is our General Revolving Loan Fund. There are no stated loan amount limits for this fund.

We also have the ability to arrange royalty financing packages where appropriate.
