Lending with an Impact
We have loaned or placed over $60 million, which has leveraged another $173 million for our clients. This investment has supported the creation or retention of approximately 5,900 jobs directly, an additional 7,290 jobs indirectly, and 80 housing units.
How it Works:Impact lending is a different kind of commercial lending. As a regional economic development corporation, our goals are to provide competitive and advantageous loan products to our clients. Our rates and fees allow us to recoup our funds that are lent, in turn, enabling us to lend to other businesses with identified needs.
